Join us at Laurel at Hotel Viata for an elevated patio grill-out experience in partnership with Tesla and Johnnie Walker. Enjoy an afternoon of luxury vehicles, scenic hill country views, chef-driven comfort food, and curated whisky offerings in a relaxed hill country setting.
The experience features a stationed buffet and live grill setup including shaved prime rib sandwiches on pretzel buns with rosemary au jus, crispy pork belly focaccia, fire-grilled street corn, rosemary potato salad, fresh fruit displays, French fry cups with assorted dipping sauces, and patio snacks like warm olives, Marcona almonds, and whipped ricotta dip.
Guests will also enjoy access to the Tesla driving experience along with a curated selection of non-alcoholic beverages including sparkling citrus coolers, cold brew, and house lemonades. Following the driving experience, guests can relax on the patio with local craft beers, Italian-style pilsners, and featured Johnnie Walker cocktails and Old Fashioned-inspired pours available for purchase.
