Consciously prepared for the expected or newly post-partum guest, this massage focuses on requested areas allowing for a time of rest and relief in a comfortable and cozy side-lying position.
A gentle, rhythmic treatment using light pressure, dry brushing, and tapotement techniques to activate lymph nodes and encourage natural lymphatic flow for detoxification and balance.

Each guest can select their preferred service from our full menu, as long as service lengths are the same then services are performed side by side in our couple’s room. Choose from a combination of massages, facials, and/or body treatments. Individual services are priced according to the menu, making it easy to customize your shared experience. Body Treatments
This treatment begins with dry-brush exfoliation to stimulate lymphatic flow and smooth the skin. A deeply hydrating, detoxifying body wrap follows, infusing the skin with nature derived ingredients. While soaking up hydration, enjoy a deep cleansing scalp exfoliation and a soothing facial mask massage to revive your natural glow. The experience concludes with a rich body oil application to seal in moisture and softness, followed by a self-guided warm shower to rinse your hair and scalp, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed from head-to-toe.

Know Before You Go
Reservations are strongly encouraged; however, we will do our best to accept same day services.
All reservations must be secured with a method of payment. To facilitate a seamless checkout experience, a 20% service charge will be applied to each service received. This amount will be given in full to the therapists and support staff who assisted you with your visit. Additional gratuities can be added per your request and payments may be made by credit card, room charge or gift card/certificate.
Modifications or cancellations must be made no later than 24hours prior to your scheduled service start time, 72hours for groups of 5+.
Late modifications, cancellations, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost without service charge.
Please arrive at least 30minutes prior to your scheduled session to allow for time to settle in and complete any necessary paperwork. Paperwork is preferred to be completed online.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience and charged for the entirety of the service.
Our changing areas include a Women’s only side and a Co-ed side that offer lockers, showers, saunas and mineral steam rooms.
Spa guests have access to Hotel Viata’s fitness center, outdoor heated pool and hot tub on the day of their spa service. Robes and spa shoes will be provided, however, please bring swimsuits if utilizing our Co-ed locker room.
Spa Viata offers food and beverage enhancements that can be ordered to our spa lounge or poolside café. If you are interested in elevating your day with shared bites, drinks, or poolside meals, please see our spa reception for day-of-ordering.
The minimum age requirement to use the spa and facilities is 17 years or older.
During your reservation, please state a preference for a male or female therapist, and advise us of any medical conditions or if you are pregnant. During your treatment, please communicate any preferences regarding pressure, focus areas or discomfort to your therapist.
To preserve the relaxation and privacy of all our guests, we ask that the use of electronic devices be limited to our front reception area.
Please note that while pets are allowed at the hotel, they are not allowed within the spa or on the pool deck
