Hotel Viata has a mandatory destination fee of $40.00 plus tax, per room, per night, which includes:

Hotel Viata is a pet-friendly hotel in Austin. A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay applies. The hotel does not provide dog walking or pet sitting services but our concierge can share local recommendations with you.

Hotel Viata does not allow smoking anywhere on the premises, including balconies, restaurants, and the pool deck. Cigar smoking is permitted only on the veranda near the courtyard, and at the designated area on the patio away from the restaurant.
